Michael has helped business owners and executives to maximize their potential for more than two decades.
He has consulted with clients in most service industries and has presented his concepts to audiences in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the United States, and Europe. His clients have included Citibank, Zurich Financial Services, AMP and the SA Government Business Centre as well as numerous small businesses.
In the seventies he was recognized as one of the world’s leading insurance sales executives with multiple qualifications for the prestigious Top of the Table. In the eighties he founded Australia’s first Private Bank. And in the nineties he established his boutique business consultancy Strategies Plus Concepts Pty Ltd.
Michael specializes in designing profit improvement strategies for business.
He is a one of a handful of speakers who has been awarded the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation by the National Speakers Association of Australia. He has authored five books and the Mini Guide to Business series as well as numerous articles about business success and related topics.
He has had wide ranging corporate experience as Deputy Lord Mayor of Adelaide, and directorships of the State Theatre Company of South Australia, the Adelaide Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust, the Adelaide Convention Centre, the Australian Formula Grand Prix Board and the Australia Israel Chamber of Commerce.
